Your Donations Will Help To Save Lives ✩

Please Help Us To Make A Difference

Please donate as much or as little as you are able to afford - every penny helps!

We receive zero funding from either the NHS or West Midlands Ambulance Service. Every penny we spend is generously donated by either members of the public or corporate donations. Your donation will help us to carry on saving lives in the communities we serve in the Vale of Evesham. Thank you from every single one of us.

Giving FAQs

  • Anything and everything required to carry out our responsibilities as Community First Responders. That could be uniforms, tyres or other maintenance on the vehicle(s), radio & IT equipment - the list in almost endless.

  • No. Every member of our scheme, including the charity trustees volunteer their time for free. Responders are expected to be on duty for an average of four hours per week (208 hours per year)

  • Yes. We are a registered charity, so any donations you make can be claimed back against your business. If you require a receipt for your donation, please get in touch with us through the contact form.

  • An exact figure is difficult to quantify. Insurance for each vehicle costs around £800 per annum, a new set of tyres will cost £500+, we also have to pay for the MOT and servicing on each vehicle, and any fuel we may use getting the vehicles from one location to another.

  • The only money we will ever receive from WMAS is for mileage covered when responding to an incident. They will pay 45p per mile from our starting location to the incident and back again. Everything else has to be paid from charity funds.

  • We don’t actually charge any set amounts for our training - all we ask is that you kindly make a donation for as much as you feel is appropriate at the time.
