Would you know what to do if you found someone who had collapsed and was not breathing? Every moment counts during a cardiac emergency and it is vital the person receives treatment as swiftly as possible to have the highest likelihood of survival.

Current ambulance response rates stand at up to 30 minutes or more in rural areas. Early intervention and action is crucial to providing the highest chance of survival for a victim of cardiac arrest. Make sure you’re equipped with the knowledge to save a life by booking on to one of our awareness sessions.

We can provide instruction either on an individual basis, or for groups of up to around twenty people at a time. The session will last for up to two hours dependent on the number of people, and is delivered in a fun and interactive way. We will provide all the required equipment, all we ask is that you provide a suitable location (for example a village hall, scout hut or classroom) and some refreshments for those attending.

Sessions are provided by us free of charge, all we ask in exchange for our time is a donation towards our ongoing running costs as a charity. Please contact us and let us know your requirements - we’ll be very happy to help!
