Vale of Evesham Community First Responders

We are a group of unpaid volunteers who work on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance Service, responding to 999 emergencies to provide life saving treatment to people within our local communities. All of our volunteers are trained and qualified to a nationally recognised standard. we have responders located in Broadway, Badsey, Abbots Morton, Evesham and Eckington.

We receive no funding at all from West Midlands Ambulance Service - many people we interact with wrongly perceive that we must be at least partially funded by the ambulance service or NHS. We are 100% funded by generous donations from the public. With substantial operating costs despite being volunteers, these donations enable our team to continue to respond to emergency incidents each week across our wide coverage area.
