Specsavers bake sale a real spectacle!

We are delighted that Specsavers in Evesham chose us as their nominated charity for this year, we are very grateful for the fundraising they have done so far on our behalf.

On Saturday 27th September, the staff held a charity bake sale which attracted both their customers and passing members of the public, with lots of scrummy cakes and tray bakes on offer. They even had a banner made, and t-shirts with our charity logo. Five members of the Vale of Evesham Community First Responders also went along on the day to chat to members of the public and answer any question they may have had. A great time was had by everyone, in spite of it being rather chilly on the day. Altogether, the event raised a fantastic amount of £494 for our charity. Thank you to everyone that contributed.

We need your help please. Whilst we respond to 999 calls on behalf of WMAS, we receive no funds at all from either them or the NHS - every penny we spend on uniforms, vehicles, training etc. we have to raise ourselves. Without your generosity, we will not be able to carry on responding to people in their greatest time of need - the next life we save may even be yours! One way you can support us, and have the opportunity to win £25,000 each week is by playing our lottery - please click here to be taken to the lottery page where you can sign up to play. For every £1 we are guaranteed to receive at least 50p in vital funding. Thank you.
